I can see two glaring omissions from the disability marketplace:  Firstly a powered shower chair as not everyone can operate a self-propel, and it would be useful to have one that rises up and down, similar to a bath lift.  Also a remote control for the electric wheelchair so that it can be summoned when needed.

Any entrepreneurial designers/whizzkids out there?!
