One of the best (but not cheap) flexible systems I have come across is produced by ESL Pressalit, which allows adjustment in both the vertical and horizontal planes, so that the shower seat / basin / shower controls / water / waste can be moved to accommodate the needs of individuals at multi-use facilities such as hotels and holiday accommodation.
Here are a few places you can see it in situ: Mortons House Hotel http://www.mortonshouse.co.uk/access.asp and Kirkstead Old Mill Cottage: http://www.woodhallspa.com/access_for_all/kinfisher_wetroom.htm
Does anyone else have a view on this system please? Have you had it installed or have you used it anywhere on holiday?

I like Pressalit:) First spotted their kit when overnighting at Westminster Park Plaza hotel last June (it was a conference or should I say unconference EbDers;) ). Can’t usually run to swanky hotels..
On mentioning the wetroom design to my work colleagues I was pleased to find that Pressalit fittings hadbeen used in quite a few Council funded wetrooms at service users’ homes in my work area. Having visited service users and seen Pressalit equipment that had been in place a while I have to say I was pleased with how tidy they’d stayed in use. I would echo Brian’s positive comments on the flexibility of these systems for multi-user environments. There are a number of alternatives out there and of course it’s a combination of what works for the end user and personal taste but definitely worth checking out
