Etac Relieve Angled Carving Knife

As an arthritis sufferer (and arthritis aid retailer) I really struggle with tasks that put pressure on my wrist. This knife has an angled handle which lets you use the so-called "power grip" to keep your wrist straight when slicing or carving. I have found it invaluable for slicing bread, cucumbers, tomatoes - anything you can think of really.
