I would like some way of indicating visual impairment of a wheelchair user as at the moment it is a case of balancing a folded white cane on the lap.

Hi Could you clarify what you mean by "indicate"? Are you looking to design a logo to express the idea, or are you looking for a way that an actual wheelchair user can indicate that they are also VI? Thanks!
