This is more a ‘quite like’ than a love, but a while ago I mentioned my Gran was looking for a perching stool which was lighter and easier to carry than the bulky one she was given by Occupational Therapy, as she has poor balance when ironing etc and also isn’t particularly strong and has arthritis.
We failed to find a particularly nice-looking one which was suitable for her, or one with arms, but we found a similar one to the photo from CoopersofStortford.co.uk. It’s affordable, foldable, lightweight and height-adjustable. It’s also pretty stable and she does find it very useful around the house – unlike the other one which she couldn’t even lift!
