Hi Dom. Great find! This really is very helpful. Bio- feedback devices are currently being developed through bionanotechnology as a way of helping people monitor/regulate their internal health processes.

This device would be very useful to help increase a person’s self-awareness of biological dynamics, particularly emotional fluctuations can lead to an excessive release of cortisol leading then to long-term cognitive damage in the automated emotional regulation centres. These are often invisible, so this watch, while perhaps a little big compared with what we will see in the future, does give an interesting visual and a good way of monitoring oneself.
