Imagine:
• One of your favourite websites has redesigned their pages.
• You eagerly click on the site that’s saved in your RSS feed to have a look.
• As you scan the new landing page, you see it has changed quite considerably and you are thinking it’s a great improvement.
• You have several windows open at the same time on your laptop.
• You scroll down the page and at the bottom you see a survey asking you if you like their new look. You think yes of course I do.
• You move your curser down to the bottom of the page and then you click and your mouse sticks, your finger locks and the submit button is pressed.
• All of a sudden you realise you have voted NO!
Yes folks, this happened to me today on this website and I blame my Microsoft mouse. Really need to get a new one.
